అపోస్తలుల కార్యములు 26:11

చాలాసార్లు సమాజ మందిరాల్లో వారిని దండించి వారు దేవదూషణ చేసేలా బలవంతపెట్టాను. అంతేగాక వారిమీద తీవ్రమైన కోపంతో ఇతర పట్టణాలకు సైతం వెళ్ళి వారిని హింసించాను.

And I punished them oft in every synagogue, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted them even unto strange cities.
