เพราะข้าพเจ้าเห็​นว​่า ​ที่​จะส่งแต่จำเลยไป และมิ​ได้​ส่งข้อหาไปด้วย ​ก็​เป็นการเหลวไหลไม่​ได้เรื่อง​”

For it seemeth to me unreasonable to send a prisoner, and not withal to signify the crimes laid against him.
