પણ ફેસ્તસે યહૂદીઓને ખુશ કરવાની ઇચ્છાથી પાઉલને ઉત્તર આપ્યો કે, ‘શું તું યરુશાલેમમાં જઈને ત્યાં એ બાબતો વિષે મારી આગળ પોતાનો ન્યાય કરાવવાને રાજી છે?’
