அப்பொழுது பவுல் நூற்றுக்கு அதிபதிகளில் ஒருவனை அழைத்து, இந்த வாலிபனை ரோம அதிபதியினிடத்திற்குக் கூட்டிக்கொண்டுபோம்; அவரிடத்தில் இவன் சொல்லவேண்டிய ஒரு செய்தி உண்டு என்றான்.
