அப்பொழுது யூதர்கள் அலெக்சந்தர் என்பவனை முன்னே நிற்கத் தள்ளும்போது, கூட்டத்திலே சிலர் அவனை முன்னே இழுத்துவிட்டார்கள். அலெக்சந்தர் கையால் சைகை காட்டி, மக்களுக்கு உத்தரவுசொல்ல மனதாயிருந்தான்.
