Från en människa har han skapat mänsklighetens alla folk för att de ska bosätta sig över hela jordens yta. Han har fastställt bestämda tidsepoker och utstakat de gränser inom vilka de ska bo.

And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;
