Mga Gawa 16:4

Nang sila ay patungo na sa mga lungsod, inihatid nila sa mga Iglesia ang mga tagubilin upang kanilang sundin, mga tagubilin na isinulat ng mga apostol at ng mga nakatatanda sa Jerusalem.

And as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem.
