そこで使徒たちと長老たち、また、全教会もともに、彼らの中から人を選んで、パウロやバルナバといっしょにアンテオケへ送ることを決議した。選ばれたのは兄弟たちの中の指導者たちで、バルサバと呼ばれるユダおよびシラスであった。
