2. തിമൊഥെയൊസ് 4:1

ഞാൻ ദൈവത്തെയും ജീവികൾക്കും മരിച്ചവർക്കും ന്യായവിസ്താരം നടത്തുവാനുള്ള ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിനെയും സാക്ഷിവെച്ചു അവന്റെ പ്രത്യക്ഷതയും രാജ്യവും ചൊല്ലി സത്യം ചെയ്തു കല്പിക്കുന്നതു:

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
