సైనికుడు యుద్ధానికి వెళ్ళేటప్పుడు తన జీవితంలో ఇతర వ్యాపకాల్లో చిక్కుకోకుండా తనను సైన్యంలో చేర్చుకున్నవాణ్ణి సంతోషపెట్టాలని ప్రయత్నిస్తాడు.

No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
