2 Timoteukselle 1:8

Jumalan voima saa aikaan sen, ettet pelkää puhua Herrasta etkä tunnustaa minua ystäväksesi, vaikka olenkin nyt vankilassa Kristuksen tähden. Olet valmis kärsimään kanssani ilosanoman puolesta, ja Herra antaa sinulle siihen voimaa.

Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;
