దావీదు “నువ్వు భయపడవద్దు, నీ తండ్రి యోనాతానును బట్టి తప్పక నీకు మేలు కలిగేలా చేసి, నీ తాత సౌలు భూమి మొత్తాన్ని నీకు తిరిగి ఇప్పిస్తాను. ఇంకా నువ్వు జీవించినంత కాలం నా బల్ల దగ్గరే భోజనం చేస్తావు” అని చెప్పాడు.
