Och David gjorde som Herren (Jahveh) hade befallt honom och han slog filistéerna från Geva [betyder ”höjd”; just väster om Jerusalem] till dess de kom till Gezer [längs med Ajiondalen västerut, halvvägs till Medelhavskusten].
