Yang kedua bernama Eleasar anak Dodo, cucu Ahohi. Dia menjadi salah satu perwira utama karena suatu kali, ketika pasukan Israel bertempur melawan orang Filistin, semua tentara mundur. Hanya Eleasar yang tetap mendampingi Daud menghadapi mereka.
