அவர்கள் அப்சலோமை எடுத்து, அவனைக் காட்டிலுள்ள ஒரு பெரிய குழியிலே போட்டு, அவன்மேல் மிகப் பெரிய கற்குவியலைக் குவித்தார்கள்; இஸ்ரவேலர்கள் எல்லோரும் அவரவர் தங்கள் வீடுகளுக்கு ஓடிப்போனார்கள்.

And they took Absalom, and cast him into a great pit in the wood, and laid a very great heap of stones upon him: and all Israel fled every one to his tent.
