2. ശമൂവേൽ 18:4

രാജാവു അവരോടു: നിങ്ങൾക്കു ഉത്തമം എന്നു തോന്നുന്നതു ഞാൻ ചെയ്യാം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. പിന്നെ രാജാവു പടിവാതില്ക്കൽ നിന്നു; ജനമൊക്കെയും നൂറുനൂറായും ആയിരമായിരമായും പുറപ്പെട്ടു.

And the king said unto them, What seemeth you best I will do. And the king stood by the gate side, and all the people came out by hundreds and by thousands.
