صَمُوئِيلَ ٱلثَّانِي 18:8

وَكَانَ ٱلْقِتَالُ هُنَاكَ مُنْتَشِرًا عَلَى وَجْهِ كُلِّ ٱلْأَرْضِ، وَزَادَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَكَلَهُمُ ٱلْوَعْرُ مِنَ ٱلشَّعْبِ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ أَكَلَهُمُ ٱلسَّيْفُ فِي ذَلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ.

For the battle was there scattered over the face of all the country: and the wood devoured more people that day than the sword devoured.
