II SAMUELE 17:8

Poi disse: Tu conosci tuo padre, e gli uomini ch'egli ha seco, che sono uomini di valore, e che hanno gli animi inaspriti come un'orsa che abbia perduti i suoi orsacchi in su la campagna; oltre a ciò, tuo padre è uomo di guerra, e non istarà la notte col popolo.

For, said Hushai, thou knowest thy father and his men, that they be mighty men, and they be chafed in their minds, as a bear robbed of her whelps in the field: and thy father is a man of war, and will not lodge with the people.
