इस समय तो वह किसी गड्ढे, या किसी दूसरे स्थान में छिपा होगा। जब इनमें से पहले ही आक्रमण में कोई-कोई मारे जाएँ, तब इसके सब सुननेवाले कहने लगेंगे, ‘अबशालोम के पक्षवाले हार गए।’
