หุชัยกราบทูลอับซาโลมว่า “​มิใช่​พ่ะย่ะค่ะ พระเยโฮวาห์กับประชาชนเหล่านี้กับคนอิสราเอลทั้งสิ้นเลือกตั้งผู้ใดไว้ ข้าพระองค์ขอเป็นฝ่ายผู้​นั้น​ ข้าพระองค์จะขออยู่กับผู้​นั้น​

And Hushai said unto Absalom, Nay; but whom the LORD, and this people, and all the men of Israel, choose, his will I be, and with him will I abide.
