அப்படியே அப்சலோமுக்கு மாடியின்மேல் ஒரு கூடாரத்தைப் போட்டார்கள்; அங்கே அப்சலோம் எல்லா இஸ்ரவேலர்களின் கண்களுக்கும் முன்பாக, தன் தகப்பனுடைய மறுமனையாட்டிகளிடத்தில் உறவுகொண்டான்.
