เมื่อพลทั้งหมดเดินผ่านไปเสีย ชาวเมืองนั้นทั้งสิ้​นก​็​ร้องไห้​​เสียงดัง​ ​กษัตริย์​​ก็​เสด็จข้ามลำธารขิดโรน และพลทั้งหมดก็ผ่านเข้าทางไปถิ่นทุ​รก​ันดาร

And all the country wept with a loud voice, and all the people passed over: the king also himself passed over the brook Kidron, and all the people passed over, toward the way of the wilderness.
