II Samuela 14:14

Wszyscy bowiem umieramy i jesteśmy jak woda rozlana na ziemi, której nie można zebrać. Bóg jednak nie odebrał mu życia, ale obmyśla sposób na to, by wygnaniec nie pozostawał na wygnaniu.

For we must needs die, and are as water spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again; neither doth God respect any person: yet doth he devise means, that his banished be not expelled from him.
