II SAMUELE 14:14

Perciocchè noi per certo morremo, e saremo simili ad acqua sparsa in terra, la qual non si può raccogliere; e Iddio non ha riguardo ad alcuna persona; pensi adunque il re alcun modo, che colui ch'è cacciato non rimanga scacciato da lui.

For we must needs die, and are as water spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again; neither doth God respect any person: yet doth he devise means, that his banished be not expelled from him.
