అప్పుడు రాజు “నా కుమారా, మమ్మల్ని పిలవొద్దు. మేము రాకూడదు. మేమంతా వస్తే అదనపు భారంగా ఉంటాం” అని చెప్పాడు. రాజు అలా చెప్పినప్పటికీ అబ్షాలోము తప్పకుండా రావాలని రాజును బలవంతపెట్టాడు.

And the king said to Absalom, Nay, my son, let us not all now go, lest we be chargeable unto thee. And he pressed him: howbeit he would not go, but blessed him.
