ఇలా ఉండగా ఒక అతిథి ధనవంతుని దగ్గరికి వచ్చాడు. తన దగ్గరికి వచ్చిన అతిథికి విందు ఏర్పాటు చేయడానికి తన సొంత గొర్రెలను గానీ, పశువులను గానీ ముట్టుకోవడానికి ఇష్టపడక, ఆ బీదవాడి గొర్రెపిల్లను పట్టుకుని, ఆ అతిథికి విందు సిద్ధం చేశాడు.”

And there came a traveller unto the rich man, and he spared to take of his own flock and of his own herd, to dress for the wayfaring man that was come unto him; but took the poor man’s lamb, and dressed it for the man that was come to him.
