E prese la corona di Melcam d'in sul capo di esso; ed ella pesava un talento d'oro, e vi erano delle pietre preziose; e fu posta in sul capo di Davide. Egli trasse eziandio le spoglie della città, che furono in grandissima quantità.

And he took their king’s crown from off his head, the weight whereof was a talent of gold with the precious stones: and it was set on David’s head. And he brought forth the spoil of the city in great abundance.
