Bấy giờ, vì dân Am-môn thấy dân Sy-ri chạy trốn, thì chúng cũng chạy trốn khỏi trước mặt A-bi-sai, và vào trong thành. Giô-áp lìa khỏi dân Am-môn mà trở về Giê-ru-sa-lem.
