โดยเฉพาะคนเหล่านั้นที่ปล่อยตัวไปตามเนื้อหนัง ในราคะตัณหาแห่งความโสโครก และหมิ่นประมาทผู้ใหญ่ที่มีอำนาจ คนเหล่านี้ทะนงตนและประพฤติตามอำเภอใจ เขาไม่สะทกสะท้านที่จะกล่าวประณามผู้ที่มีบรรดาศักดิ์
