యెహోరాము చనిపోయి తన పూర్వీకులను చేరుకున్నాడు. దావీదు పట్టణంలో అతని పూర్వీకులతో కూడా అతణ్ణి పాతిపెట్టారు. అతని స్థానంలో అతని కొడుకు అహజ్యా రాజు అయ్యాడు.
