ત્યાર પછી યોરામ તેના પિતૃઓ સાથે ઊંઘી ગયો, તેને દાઉદનગરમાં તેના પિતૃઓ સાથે દફનાવવામાં આવ્યો. પછી તેનો દીકરો અહાઝયાહ તેની જગ્યાએ રાજા બન્યો.
