కాబట్టి రాజు వాళ్ళ కోసం విందు చేయించి అనేక రకాల భోజన పదార్థాలను తయారు చేయించాడు. వారు తిని తాగిన తరువాత వాళ్ళను తిరిగి తమ రాజు దగ్గరికి పంపించి వేశాడు. ఆ తరువాత సిరియా సైన్యం చాలా కాలం వరకూ ఇశ్రాయేలు దేశంలో అడుగు పెట్టలేదు.
