இஸ்ரவேலின் ராஜாவிடத்தில் அந்தக் கடிதத்தைக் கொடுத்தான். அதிலே: இந்தக் கடிதத்தை உம்மிடத்தில் என் ஊழியக்காரனாகிய நாகமான் கொண்டுவருவான்; நீர் அவனுடைய தொழுநோயை நீக்கிவிட அவனை உம்மிடத்தில் அனுப்பியிருக்கிறேன் என்று எழுதப்பட்டிருந்தது.

And he brought the letter to the king of Israel, saying, Now when this letter is come unto thee, behold, I have therewith sent Naaman my servant to thee, that thou mayest recover him of his leprosy.
