પણ ઈશ્વરભક્ત એલિશાના ચાકર ગેહઝીએ કહ્યું, “જો, મારા માલિકે આ અરામી નામાન જે લાવ્યો હતો તે તેની પાસેથી લીધા વગર તેને જવા દીધો છે. જીવતા યહોવાહના સમ, હું તેની પાછળ દોડીને તેની પાસેથી કંઈક તો લઈ લઈશ.”

¶ But Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, Behold, my master hath spared Naaman this Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought: but, as the LORD liveth, I will run after him, and take somewhat of him.
