för så säger Herren: Ni ska inte märka någon vind eller se något regn, men ändå ska dalen bli full med vatten så att både ni själva, er boskap och era andra djur får att dricka.

For thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts.
