II RE 3:17

Perciocchè così ha detto il Signore: Voi non sentirete vento, e non vedrete pioggia, e pur questa valle si empierà d'acqua, della quale berrete, e voi, e le vostre gregge, e le vostre bestie di servigio.

For thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts.
