Och profetsönerna som var i Betel kom fram till Elisha och sa till honom: ”Vet du att Herren (Jahveh) ska ta bort din herre från över ditt huvud [från hans position som lärare och mästare] idag?” Han svarade: ”Ja, jag vet det, var tysta (gör inget, håll er lugna).”

And the sons of the prophets that were at Beth-el came forth to Elisha, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the LORD will take away thy master from thy head to day? And he said, Yea, I know it; hold ye your peace.
