યહોયાકીમના દિવસોમાં બાબિલના રાજા નબૂખાદનેસ્સારે યરુશાલેમ પર ચઢાઈ કરી; યહોયાકીમ ત્રણ વર્ષ સુધી તેનો ચાકર બની રહ્યો. પછી તેણે પાછા ફરી જઈને તેની સામે બળવો કર્યો.
