Farao Neko akamfunga kwa minyororo huko Ribla katika nchi ya Hamathi ili asiweze kutawala huko Yerusalemu, naye akatoza kodi ya talanta mia moja za fedha, na talanta moja ya dhahabu katika Yuda.
