પછી રાજાએ સરદારને પચાસ સૈનિકો સાથે એલિયા પાસે મોકલ્યો. તે સરદાર ત્યાં પહોંચ્યો ત્યારે તેણે એલિયાને પર્વતના શિખરે બેઠેલો જોયો. સરદારે તેને કહ્યું કે, “હે ઈશ્વરભક્ત, રાજાએ કહ્યું છે કે, તું નીચે ઊતર.’

Then the king sent unto him a captain of fifty with his fifty. And he went up to him: and, behold, he sat on the top of an hill. And he spake unto him, Thou man of God, the king hath said, Come down.
