Atter sendte Kongen en Halvhundredfører ud efter ham: men da den tredje Halvhundredfører kom derop, kastede han sig på Knæ for Elias, bønfaldt ham og sagde: “du Guds Mand! Lad dog mit og disse dine halvtredsindstyve Trælles Liv være dyrebart i dine Øjne!
