ఆ మిగిలిన వారు యెరూషలేములోనుంచి బయలు దేరుతారు. తప్పించుకొన్నవారు సీయోను కొండలోనుంచి బయలు దేరుతారు. సైన్యాలకు అధిపతి అయిన యెహోవా ఆసక్తి దీన్ని నెరవేరుస్తుంది.

For out of Jerusalem shall go forth a remnant, and they that escape out of mount Zion: the zeal of the LORD of hosts shall do this.
