அவர்களுடைய தேவர்களை நெருப்பிலே போட்டுவிட்டது உண்மைதான்; அவைகள் தேவர்கள் அல்லவே, மனிதர்கள் கைவேலையான மரமும் கல்லும்தானே; ஆகையால் அவைகளை அழித்துப்போட்டார்கள்.

And have cast their gods into the fire: for they were no gods, but the work of men’s hands, wood and stone: therefore they have destroyed them.
