પછી આમોસના દીકરા યશાયાએ હિઝકિયાને સંદેશો મોકલીને કહાવ્યું કે, “ઇઝરાયલના ઈશ્વર યહોવાહ એમ કહે છે કે, “તેઁ આશ્શૂરના રાજા સાન્હેરીબ વિરુદ્ધ મને પ્રાર્થના કરી હતી. તારી એ પ્રાર્થના મેં સાંભળી છે.

¶ Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, That which thou hast prayed to me against Sennacherib king of Assyria I have heard.
