เขาทั้งหลายเกรงกลัวพระเยโฮวาห์ด้วย และได้กำหนดประชาชนจากท่ามกลางเขาให้เป็นปุโรหิตของปูชนียสถานสูงนั้น ซึ่งถวายสัตวบูชาสำหรับพวกเขาในนิเวศแห่งปูชนียสถานสูงเหล่านั้น
