ఆ ప్రజలు యెహోవాను కూడా పూజించారు. ఉన్నత స్థలాల్లో సామాన్యుల్లో కొంతమందిని యాజకులుగా చేసుకున్నారు. అ యాజకులు ప్రజల పక్షంగా ఆ ఉన్నత స్థలాల్లో కట్టిన మందిరాల్లో బలులు అర్పిస్తూ ఉన్నారు.

So they feared the LORD, and made unto themselves of the lowest of them priests of the high places, which sacrificed for them in the houses of the high places.
