ஓசெயா எகிப்தின் ராஜாவாகிய சோ என்பவனிடத்திற்கு பிரதிநிதிகளை அனுப்பினதும், தனக்கு வருடந்தோறும் செய்ததுபோல், வரி செலுத்தாமல் போனதுமான கலக யோசனையை அசீரியாவின் ராஜா ஓசெயாவினிடத்திலே கண்டு, அவனைப் பிடித்துக் கட்டிச் சிறைச்சாலையிலே வைத்தான்.
