II RE 17:25

Or da prima che cominciarono ad abitar quivi, quelle genti non riverivano il Signore; laonde il Signore mandò contro a loro de' leoni, i quali uccidevano molti di loro.

And so it was at the beginning of their dwelling there, that they feared not the LORD: therefore the LORD sent lions among them, which slew some of them.
