intanto che il Signore tolse via Israele dal suo cospetto, siccome ne avea parlato per tutti i profeti, suoi servitori; ed Israele fu menato in cattività d'in su la sua terra in Assiria, ove è stato infino ad oggi.

Until the LORD removed Israel out of his sight, as he had said by all his servants the prophets. So was Israel carried away out of their own land to Assyria unto this day.
