Ginawa niya ang masama sa harapan ni Yahweh. Kaya sa buong buhay niya, hindi niya nilisan ang mga kasalan ni Jeroboam anak ni Nebat, na siyang nagdulot sa Israel na magkasala.

And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD: he departed not all his days from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin.
